Angus beef ground with garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and
sriracha; then topped with battered, fried onions, Anaheim chilis,
Havarti cheese and Roma tomatoes and sided with a Dave's Signature Spicy
Pickle is how it's done.
Then I bought a plane ticket to Michigan to hang out for a few days of epicness.

Just a supermarket Anaheim chili. I get Hatch chilis usually every year, but don't have any right now. Nothing better than a fresh hatch chili relleno.
Smythe was making beef stroganoff when I talked to him yesterday, and mentioned making some jerky for the trip. Whatever we do, I am sure we will end up with a new level of culinary extravagance.
What really puts that burger over the top is the green chili. NM Hatch or a locally grown variety?

ReplyDeleteDude, we should make some epic burgers when you're here. I think we're going to put Smythe through his caloric paces.
